Hello you. It’s been a long time. Welcome inside the head of Will Peach. And welcome to My Spanish Adventure.
You’ve caught me at an interesting time. I’m on the precipice of my new greatest challenge. Right now, as you read this, I am busy preparing myself. Last year I left my job, my house, my friends, my girlfriend and my comfortable life in London all for the sake of some crazy dream. This year I’m doing it all again.
First I moved to Cáceres, in the autonomous region of Extremadura, south-west of Spain. Now I’m moving to somewhere else. Why?
To continue studying to be a fluent Spanish speaker and to have a great time while doing it.
I’m hell bent on achieving Spanish fluency before the age of 27 (I’m 25 26 now, in case you’re wondering – the beard sometimes adds a few years).
Why do you care?
Yeah, that bit I haven’t quite worked out yet. Except that I intend to have a fucking ball seeing Spain in the process.
So that’s where I invite you to follow along, take inspiration, see that it’s possible and maybe even listen to me give you some advice now and then. Especially if you’re hoping to do the same.
I don’t claim to be someone special. Or to know everything. I’m just taking chances and seeing what comes.
If you’re wondering “how did this all start?” here’s the story.

Hi Will, you said you had some questions but I can´t find them…am I being a bit techno dim?!
Hey Chica! I think it was more about you and your “big man”. I hope he’s treating you well?
I hope you could give more tips or anecdotes about learning the language.
I love your blog.
Gracias Mikey and thanks for checking me out! Keep checking back to see if I reach my goals. I’m interested in what you’re up to and what you’re doing to learn el idioma?
OHHHH! I’m so glad I found your site. I really want to learn spanish too, I’m moving to Spain for two months in June – and I might end up staying around for a lot longer if I enjoy it there. Any tips? pro advice? help a girl out xo
